Walking is overrated, especially when you can use bleeding-edge technology to scoot to your next destination in style. For Cyber Monday, Best Buy is offering some great specials on electric scooters for kids and adults. For those days when you need to conserve all of your energy for the destination ahead of you, an electric scooter is a fun way to get around.
For kids, one of the big deals here is the Ninebot C9. This model has a powerful 180w that goes up to 11.2 mph, can travel up to 6.2 miles, and can accommodate a max load of 132 lbs. Normally $270, this one is on sale for $130. For the adults, there’s the $400 F30 electric kick scooter that has some impressive tech built into its cost-effective design. It has a range of 18.6 miles, can hit a top speed of 15.5 mph, and it has a Bluetooth security lock to keep it safe from the scooter mafia.
Multiple self-balancing scooters are on sale, too. The Segway Ninebot S models for kids and adults are still quite pricey, but you get a much cheaper self-balancing scooter by opting for Hover-1. For just $80 (down from $120), you can get a kids scooter with 7mph max speed and an operating range of 3 miles (max weight is 160 pounds). Meanwhile, this $120 scooter (down from $200) supports up to 220 pounds, hits a max speed of 7mph, and has a range of 6 miles.
Need something more flashy? Check out the G30 Max, an electric scooter designed for city life. It can carry up to 220 pounds, has a very strong battery life, and it even has a headlight for when you travel at night.
Maybe you’re looking to play some IRL Mario Kart, and that’s where the Ninebot Go Kart Pro comes in handy. Normally $2,300, these are down to $1,500 for Cyber Monday and is designed for fun. It has a top speed of 23mph, over 15 miles of range, and Ninebot says that it can outperform 150cc gas-powered go-karts on the track. Grab some Koopa Troopa plushies from Amazon and prepare to have some fun when you hit the real-life Rainbow Road with a few of these high-speed karts.
Traditionalists can grab a really nice electric bicycle from Aventon. This model normally costs $1,400 but is on sale for $1,000, and it has nice features like an integrated battery, motor, tail lights and more in its lightweight frame. You can assist the engine with some pedaling, but if you want to give your legs a break, you can expect a top speed of 20mph on this Ebike.
Alternatively, you can get a small dirt bike made by the well-known scooter brand Razor for only $198 (down from $260). This is for kids and maxes out at 8mph with a range of 5.3 miles. Fret not adults, for you can also get a Razor dirt bike with 17mph max speed and 10-mile operating range for $100 off.
